這時要不停攪拌避免焦底,(如果要用來塗在土司上,木匙括底會出現痕跡的程度即可關火) 如果要做鳳梨酥就要再煮多一會兒才關火.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: large;">最後把A和蛋白霜混合至均勻。(像戚風蛋糕的混合法)。將麵糊倒入模裡,把空氣敲出。</span></li>
<li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: large;">放入預熱後的烤箱裡最底層,以蒸烤法(水浴法)140°C烘烤15分鐘,然后转置120°C烘烤50分鐘或至熟</span></li>
